Wi-Fi and TV reception were poor, and the carpets showed signs of wear and neglect throughout the corridors.

my stay was almost acceptable but the droning noise from the bathroom was unbearable, along with the outdated carpet that really let the ambiance down, not to mention i didn't even receive a welcome gift, which woudl ve been the least they could do after such a chaotic experience. just utterly disappointing.
